The property
The Residence Le Rose is a perfect place if you are looking for a dream like, relaxing vacation in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. This small and charming medieval village, with its pleasing paths, is located on a high panoramic location. It is surrounded by a breathtaking view of the rolling green hills and vineyards which produce some of the world most renowned wines. This secular stone built house has been recently renovated and furnished respecting the typical and refined Tuscan style with terracotta floors, stone walls and wooden beamed ceilings. In short, an enchanting gem made with a refined taste and cozy simplicity.
The accommodation
The Residence Le Rose offers all kinds of comforts. A private garden with an outdoor dining area suitable for 6/8 people under a fresh and charming gazebo covered with jasmine where you can enjoy together with your friends and family a delicious barbecue Tuscany style.
The villa consist of one floor with 3 bedroom suites (two with twin beds and one with king side bed). All bathrooms have a shower. The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace and a nearby guest bathroom. There is a separate dining room suitable for 8 people, a small and equipped kitchen and a laundry space equipped with washer and dryer / ironing table. A nearby bathroom and a room that can also be used as a maid/ babysitter room. Most of the rooms have windows with a stunning view.
To enter the house you go up thru some steps to a panoramic terrace where you can sit and enjoy quiet moments of pleasure with a glass of wine at sunset or at breakfast taking the pleasure of the fresh breeze of the morning.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the condominium outdoor pool from 15 of May to 15 of October.
Inside the property there is a 500 sq meter private garden, barbecue, 2 set of towels for every guest, 2 set of bed shits for each bed, cable television in the living room and master bedroom, wi-fi, air conditioning in every room, heating all trough the house, stone wall fireplace, two private parking spaces, loggia with view.

One of our representatives will be present at the delivery of the keys and reachable by telephone or email for any eventuality. We do our best to ensure that your stay at our apartment is unforgettable.

Linen
At your stay we will give you 2 sets of bed sheet for every bed, 2 sets of towel, 1 blanket, 1 bed cover for every guest. You will have also two or more sets of table cloth and the necessary linen for the kitchen.

Dimensions: 15 x 8 m. Pool area: tiled, with green area, sun loungers, sunshades, external shower. The pool is just steps from the house and is for use by all guests who live in the 8 houses that make up the property. Available from May 15th to October 15th.
