In the heart of this magical city, the house overlooks Ponte Vecchio, and right in front of you, you can admire one of the most important milestones in the city! From the large window, in the cool city breeze of the balcony, you can admire from the roofs of Florence all its historical architectural splendors: the Ponte Vecchio, the Dome of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and Giotto's Bell Tower, Palazzo Vecchio with its tower and Santa Croce, in the frame of the gentle hills of Fiesole, facing the flow of the Arno river! Inside, the house shows itself as a harmonious blend between modernity and classic taste: every detail has been carefully chosen and designed to give you maximum comfort, without sacrificing elegance and refinement. Precious materials, such as marble, wood and leather, art objects and high design elements adorn the different rooms of the house which is divided between the living and sleeping areas. All the rooms have been designed to give the guest from every bright room a breathtaking view of the center of Florence. The first area houses the equipped open kitchen, equipped with a modern induction hob, a guest bathroom with shower, a laundry room and the living room, a large relaxation area furnished with a sofa, armchair, TV, dining table and illuminated by large windows from which you can admire the beauty of Florence. The sleeping area consists of the romantic and welcoming double bedroom, from which you can look out over the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Signoria at 180 degrees, facing a Florence that in the evening is populated with lights and emotions. In the bedroom you will find a large wardrobe dedicated to taking care of your personal effects and a large bathroom with a shower overlooking the Cupolone. From the bedroom, you can access the balcony of your home, the perfect place for a romantic breakfast or dinner overlooking the beauties of Florence above the Arno river.
