Villa Louise - Forte dei Marmi

Ideal for a relaxing and pleasant summer holiday with the family, Villa Louise is very bright and fresh thanks to its large windows and balconies all around the house. It was completely renovated a year ago and furnished following the classic and refined Italian beach house style.

Internally the villa is divided among the ground floor, the mezzanine and the basement. The ground floor is made up of a kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a living room with a pleasant terrace overlooking the Apuan Alps. It’s the perfect place to relax while enjoying taking in the view or having lunch with the family while enjoying the fresh breeze.

The mezzanine floor has three double bedrooms with terraces, two bathrooms with windows and a single suite bedroom with its own bathroom. The basement has its own private back entrance, a single suite room with its own bathroom and a separate laundry/ ironing room.

Guest Access:

During their stay, guests will have access to the private garden, the barbecue, two cable televisions found one in the living room and one in a bedroom, air conditioning ad ceiling ventilators everywhere, Wi-Fi, a laundry and ironing room, two to three private parking spaces, the loggia with view and a table that can sit up to ten people as well as the use of 5 town bikes available inside the property.

Animals are not allowed.

We recommend for those who wish to rent the villa during the month of August to book in advance a deckchair and umbrella at a beach establishment.
